beneficial to anyone. For those who have not studied TCM, Part I: Basic Definitions, will be very helpful towards understanding the content and language used in the upcoming seminars; most importantly, this class may help you become more aware of the condition of your body/health, based on TCM. IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO ATTEND EVERY CLASS CONSECUTIVELY, BUT IT IS TO YOUR OWN BENEFIT/UNDERSTANDING.
